Degree Overview

A Bachelor of Arts in Accounting provides students with a comprehensive education in financial principles, accounting practices and business ethics. This degree combines a broad liberal arts education with specialized accounting coursework, preparing graduates for various roles in the public and private accounting sectors. Those with an accounting degree go on to become corporate executives, auditors, consultants, CPAs, fraud examiners and more. 

Students have the option to complete this program in an accelerated format, earning their degree in as little as 3 years. Additionally, by combining the Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with USF's Master of Business Administration, students can stay on track to meet the requirements to become a CPA.
