Wellness is integral to creating a supportive and thriving campus environment. At USF, our students have access to wellness facilities to enhance their experience through a fitness routine or involvement in activities. By addressing the diverse health needs of the university community through comprehensive programs and services, it's our goal that students, faculty and staff can achieve their full potential academically, personally and professionally.
The Stewart Center is the centralized hub for wellness at USF. Students have access to fitness facilities equipped with a cardio room, weight room (free weights and weight machines) and an aerial running track. The Stewart Center is also home to intramural activities along with Men's and Women's Basketball and Wrestling, Women's Volleyball and coaches' offices.
Staying active is more fun with friends! Students can participate in intramural sports and activities throughout the school year. These leagues include volleyball, kickball, flag football, basketball, indoor soccer and softball. In addition to leagues, multiple tournaments happen throughout the year, including Frisbee golf, doubles table tennis, dodge ball, spike ball, 3v3 basketball, ultimate frisbee, lawn games and more.
If sports aren't your thing, there's a variety of other activities regularly happening on campus.
USF strives to support the whole student through services such as tutoring, counseling and Cougar Cupboard.
